Select 'grapefruit juice': returns prohibited_food, the label's must-not-take rule. Select 'metformin': returns the not-listed note; this screener only renders the label's own lists and clears nothing.

Frequently asked questions
Why does a weekly dose still have interaction risk all week?
Sirolimus's half-life is about 62 hours, so a weekly dose leaves drug in the body every day of the week. Interaction chemistry does not wait for dose day.
My medicine is not on any list. Is it safe with sirolimus?
Unknown from this tool. It renders only the lists in the label sections this site cites; a pharmacist interaction check covers the rest.
Why is grapefruit singled out?
The label gives it a dedicated section: grapefruit juice inhibits the CYP3A4 metabolism of sirolimus and must not be taken with it or used to dilute the solution.
